Katie - Toon Boom Harmony Rig

Katie Rig 3/4 Front View rig for Toonboom Harmony 16 Premium (or newer)

KNOWN ISSUE & "SOLUTION"
Apparently these series of rigs don't work anymore.
Heck I can't even open it on my v16 Harmony.

Solutions are:
1. Turn back system clock to somewhat like 2023.
or
1.1 Use "RunAsDate" Software and run Toonboom without changing systemclock

EDIT: Upon revisiting this "solution", this allows you to open the files but freezes when you create any drawing node.

Made using Toonboom Harmony 16 Premium.

You might be able to use with version 14 since the rig does not use any fancy new features but I have not tested it.

This rig was made for my own personal use so it does not have everything needed for full industry level production but it is pretty close.

- Two Katie 34FR rig (*.tpl) with re-dress variations.

The Katie rig includes:
- 20 Eye cels
- 38 Mouth cels capable of full lip sync
- 11 Hand cels with separated fingers
